November you have failed to exculpate yourself to the satis- -faction of His Excellency the Officer Administering the Govern- -ment from the charges preferred in my letter of 31st. October and that the question of your suspension will be considered by a Committee of the Executive Council at 10.30 a.m. on Thursday 27th.
